Shipping and Payment

– the delivery cost is charged in addition to the product price. The shipping fee depends on the buyer’s choice at checkout :

a) 1.90 euro via BOXNOW delivery to a parcel locker with advance payment to our transaction account. No additional costs.

b) 4.00 euro via Hrvatska Pošta with cash on delivery. The shipment is delivered to the Customer's address. The Post Office charges the recipient an additional fee of 3.32% on the total COD amount, minimum 0.66 euro, maximum 13.27 euro for transferring funds to the seller's account.

c) 3.00 euro via Hrvatska Pošta with advance payment to our transaction account. No additional costs.

d) 9.00 euro via Paket 24 (Hrvatska Pošta courier service) with cash on delivery. The Post Office charges the recipient an additional fee of 3.32% on the total COD amount, minimum 0.66 euro, maximum 13.27 euro for transferring funds to the seller's account. The shipment is delivered to the Customer's address.

E) 7.50 euro via Paket 24 (Hrvatska Pošta courier service) with advance payment to our transaction account. The shipment is delivered to the Customer's address.

F) Upon the Customer's request, we can also send ordered goods via another courier service.

G) Hrvatska Pošta delivers the product via parcel services: a) free of charge to the home address in larger towns with post offices, b) for recipients in towns without a post office, cash on delivery at post offices.

H) Free delivery via BOXNOW, Hrvatska Pošta, or Tisak applies to all orders over 150 euro.

I) Free delivery in Split, Solin, and Kaštela applies to all orders over 30 euro.

Dispatch of goods:

The Seller commits to carefully pack all ordered products so that the item arrives to the buyer undamaged.
