How to Choose the Right Hoop Size

The size of the hoop determines the character of the earring — and it is the first decision to be made before purchasing.

• 16 mm and 18 mm — small hoops that sit right against the earlobe. They are barely felt during the day, do not snag on scarves or hair, and are ideal for wearing with another earring in the upper part of the ear (helix or tragus piercing). The most practical everyday choice.
• 20 mm and 27 mm — medium hoops that are visible but do not dominate the face. They sit naturally below the lobe and work just as well with business attire as with a casual look. The most popular size in our collection.
• 55 mm — large hoops that fall below the jawline and clearly define the face. They are somewhat heavier than smaller models, but still comfortable for several hours of wear. A true statement piece — the strongest effect with a simple t-shirt or an open collar.

If you are not sure, 20 mm or 27 mm is the safest choice for an adult — visible enough to be noticed, discreet enough not to interfere with the rest of the style.

Rhodium-Plated, White, and Black Hoops — Difference in Surface Finish

All our hoops are made of 925 silver,, but differ in their finish:

• Rhodium-plated hoops (925 silver + rhodium) — the most durable option. The rhodium plating gives the earrings a brighter, almost white-silver shine and makes them significantly more resistant to tarnishing. Ideal for everyday wear without much maintenance.
• Standard silver hoops (925 silver) — the natural tone of silver, warmer and slightly softer than rhodium-plated. Over time they may darken slightly, but are easily restored by cleaning with a soft cloth.
